There have been some claims that coffee may be too bad for human health. Many of the claim seems to be based on generalization. There may be false truth, when researchers or writers generalize claim without proper validity through evidence-based study findings. In the case of coffee, the claim that coffee can cause heart attack or cause cancer are not generalizable to the general population. World health organizations (WHO) dismissed that coffee can cause cancer; that is good to know. In fact, when taken moderately without abusing it, coffee is a good antioxidant . However, too much and uncontrolled consumption of coffee may drive some undesirable results, which may not be big-time health risks:
- Heavy Coffee drinking can mess up your teeth color. However, there is no reliable evidence-based claim that coffee causes dental disease.
- Low sleep habit with too much coffee may drive palpitation – high heart raise, and high breathing rate. Know this: having rapid heart rate and breathing rate could be normal, if you do rigorous tasks or exercise. However, you don`t want to be raising your heart and breathing rate with too much caffeinated coffee or other high caffeinated beverage without good sleep always.
- Too much coffee consumption without good diet and adequate sleep may cause agitation and headache. After much coffee day, try to have a good sleep and drink more enough.
