Do not be misled by any news outlets that spread panic and misinformed information.
U.S. Dads, don’t be panic. You can keep your beards and mustaches, if you are not sick and infected with the virus. If you are a dad in heavily infected world region, you may need to trim your beards and mustaches properly and follow the recommended use of mask in your region and countries. If you are not sick with the viral infection and you are not taking care of the persons infected with the virus, there may be no need of using facial mask.
Above all, observe proper body hygiene including your beard and mustache. As you exercise proper hand washing and cleaning hygiene with soap and water, and/or alcohol-based hand sanitizer, avoid touching your nose, face, and mouth with unwashed hands. The same goes for your beard and mustache. Ensure it is clean and properly trimmed. After contact outdoor sport activities, take a brief shower. Don’t be panic.
