The following are foods that promote all men’s health. While both genders can still benefit from these foods, men including dads need them for their health and well-being:
- Fibers: Don’t joke with fiber in your diets, you need it for smooth metabolism and colon health. Fibers support your bowel’s health and lower your risk of hemorrhoids
- Cherries fruits they say are good source of anti-inflammatory. Not only for dads, good for all men and women. All good fruits and vegetables are good for men though.
- Stop making chocolate women’s foods. Men including dads really
need it. Dark chocolate promotes good blood flow in the body including reproductive system. One peer-reviewed study says it may be a good stress reducer and offers ant-inflammatory benefit. Be moderate with it; one or two piece may suffice. If you have any health issues including reproductive issues, please see your doctors. - Eat good fish. There are fish, and there are fish. Eat ones that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. They are good for your hearts.
- Drink milk rich in potassium and calcium. Your bone health need it.
- OK you need meat in moderation. Don`t make meat a bad guy, dads. Moderate and recommended quantity of meat are good source of your protein. Body needs proteins to build and repair damaged tissues.
- Nuts, beans, and peas: These are another good source of plant protein for all dads.
- Why are you ditching water, dads? Please drink more water instead of soda and alcoholic drinks ! Water keep your body system maintained! Dads, the recommended adequate daily supply of water (healthy fluid) fro adult males is about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters). 💧
