Eat more of natural foods than processed foods
Many of food preservatives in canned foods may not too friendly with bodily health. Try to consume more natural foods instead. Fruits, vegetables, your own home-cook meat, fish etc.
Give fast food and soda drinks a break !
While they are convenient and cheap, they may not too good to support your . you have got to cut back on making them your regular diets. Instead of fast foods, go for home cooked or restaurant balanced diets menu. Instead of soda, take water more and natural fruit drinks.
