How are you taking care of your body and mind – spiritual, physical, mental, and nutritional health during this tough time of COVID-19? Few healthy ways are given as follow:
- While spiritual health is not often covered under popular health talks, I think we all need God’s sustainability and support along other major domains of health – physical, mental, and nutrition everyday and during this tough time of COVID-19. It is as simple as praying to God for help, protection, and sound health. Take time to read God’s words. I am used to Bible and that is what I read and recommend. There are a lot of comfort and mind-refreshing words in the Bible.
- Maintain healthy nutrition: This is very important. Try as much as possible to eat balanced diets. Take recommended vitamins throughout diets or recommended vitamins supplements such as Vitamin A, B, C, D, E, and K. Do not forget good fibers for your digestive system including colon health. Make effective use of health recommendation from qualified and trusted nutritional experts and local and national nutrition health authorities. Too much soda is not recommended. Alcohol are not advisable to dealing with issues.
- Take care of your physical health. Get your physical exercise – 30 minutes 3 days week simple physical exercise such as press-ups, running mill, indoor cycling, keep active. Keep your annual physical health check-up and do the same for your own family.
- Don’t ignore your mental health. Talk to health professionals early, if you are any having mental health issue. Mental health include depressive disorder and other physiologically-driven mental health issues. Talk to families and friends.
