One leg standing balanced with one hand holding the other leg up ...

Standing on one leg with one hand touching the other leg and the other hand stretched out to one side. You can do this between 1-5 minutes depending on your strength. Discontinue immediately if your strength cannot take it again.  This should be for adult ONLY !

Praying hands with one leg standing ...

Refresh mind and body as you stand with one leg with the foot's back of the other leg toughing the standing one, while your two hands are raised in praying mode. You can do this between 1-5 minutes depending on your strength. Discontinue immediately if your strength cannot take it again.  This should be for adult ONLY !

Standing and stretching - Getting legs and hands into yoga moves

Getting body stretched actively through the legs and hands yoga moves. While standing on the two legs firmly, slowly stretch your two hands toward the "learn-back" direction. See the diagram above. 1-5 minutes of this yoga moves three times a week can contribute to good stability and posture. You can do this between 1-5 minutes depending on your strength. Discontinue immediately, if your strength cannot take it again.  This should be for adult ONLY !

Both hands stretched out on the two legs apart in opposite direction.

The mind and body can enjoy mutual harmony by involving the whole body in simple yoga positions such as legs apart in forward and backward position, while both hands are stretched out in forward direction. You can do this between 1-5 minutes depending on your strength. Discontinue immediately if your strength cannot take it again.  This should be for adult ONLY !

Half knees down with hands up

Yoga is about peace, stability, and general well-being of the body. This yoga move with hands up and half knees down in a vertical body position can be helpful yoga moves for dads' general well-being.  You can do this between 1-5 minutes depending on your strength. Discontinue immediately if your strength cannot take it again.  This should be for adult ONLY !

Lying on back with both hands holding one leg up

This yoga move should be done, if you have no medical injuries and pains and other physical disabilities and health conditions . Consult your health experts before doing this yoga move.

In a few minutes, 1- 5 minutes, hold one of your legs in bend position with both hands, while lying on the back and the other leg is in straight position. See the diagram above. You can do this between 1-5 minutes depending on your strength. Discontinue immediately if your strength cannot take it again.  This should be for adult ONLY !
